2007-2008 Performance Information


We have 2 major measures of performance: Legal Actions achieved and Customer Satisfaction.

Legal Action

Performance Target for 2007/08 was to achieve 250 legal sanctions, which we exceded.  

 

Customer Satisfaction

Performance Target for 2007/08 was to achieve 60% satisfaction rate, based on cases being closed with customer's agreement.

We achieved 73% satisfaction rate, so, in order to drive customer service standards even higher we have set a challenging target of 75% satisfaction rate for 2008/09.

We are currently achieving 87% satisfaction rate, up to end of October 2008.
